1. "Like many men who have witnessed the best and worst in themselves, who have been given a glimpse of the end of their own lives at a very young age, he had lost the power to be lonely." (Vea, pg45)
2. Why is the passage ,so sagnificant to me because it is like this person is becoming a new person in life because this person is having someone in life right now before all the worst times happen to him.
3. 1)How does Vea make this people sound best and worst in themselves?
2) Why does Vea said," he had lost the power to be lonely"?
For Q#2: Vea is arguing that he cannot be lonely because he knows so much about people themselves. Perhpas he has seen too much to miss people / being aruond them. Since he knows so much about himself, he applies it to other people, and is satisfied in being alone but not lonely.
ReplyDeletei guess vea make them bad because he makes them sound as if they cant feel anything.
